The anniversary cruise, bridal shower, reception or the wedding ceremony itself is an elevated and unique experience on the Albemarle Queen.
Cruise Director, Ted Warren can share our complete catering kitchen, able to handle elegant 5 course meals, the sound system with wireless microphones, directional mixing and multiple inputs equipped for speeches, musicians and toasts to the bride. Project home video, or input calls of congratulations from around the world, all while cruising gently along the river or sound. Enjoy our observation deck for dancing or partying. Worried about weather? We’ve got you covered. Our elegant air conditioned/heated salon has a full bar with indoor seating until the skies are clear.

There is something nostalgic and unforgettable about cruising on this paddlewheeler that cannot be experienced anywhere else in North Carolina.
The rhythmic churning of the paddlewheel bespeaks of a simpler time gone by. The climate-controlled salon is elegantly appointed for weddings, receptions, and parties. On the upper deck you can feel the breeze on your face and gain an unusual bird’s eye view of the beautiful estuaries of the Albemarle Region.
The passenger capacity is 120, however a sit-down dinner cruise is more comfortable with a maximum of 60 guests.
